Major investment fund says SEC is about to lose case against Ripple (XRP), during an interview on Twitter Space, Cathie Wood, the CEO of Ark Invest; she said that after having spoken with several legal experts, believes the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC is about to lose the case against Ripple and this will not only have a positive effect on XRP but will set a legal precedent that will boost several crypto projects and prevent SEC abuses from continuing. In addition, he says that this could open the door to finally approving spot Bitcoin ETFs, which will cause an inflow of institutional capital into BTC.
