Hello Windice friends , today I want to write to you about one of the resolutions I'm going to try to fulfill this year. And my goal is to try to eat better.
It's not about a temporary diet or restricting myself, but about building a healthier and more conscious relationship with food. Why? Because when we nourish our body well, we also nourish our energy, our concentration, and our overall well-being.
My plan is simple, but it requires consistency:
Prioritize natural foods: Fill my plate more with fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, and save ultra-processed foods for truly special occasions.
Conscious hydration: Drink fewer sodas and less alcohol, and above all, prioritize water. Sometimes we confuse thirst with hunger.
Plan a little:Set aside some time each week to think about simple menus. When there's no plan, it's easier to fall back on what's quick and less healthy.
I know it won't be perfect every day, and I'm not seeking perfection, but progress. Small, sustainable changes make a big difference in the long run.
Because taking care of ourselves is also part of the strategy for playing the game of life better.
