Hello Windice friends , today I want to write to you about one of the resolutions I'm going to try to fulfill this year. And my goal is to try to eat better.

It's not about a temporary diet or restricting myself, but about building a healthier and more conscious relationship with food. Why? Because when we nourish our body well, we also nourish our energy, our concentration, and our overall well-being.

My plan is simple, but it requires consistency:

🍎 Prioritize natural foods: Fill my plate more with fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, and save ultra-processed foods for truly special occasions.

💧 Conscious hydration: Drink fewer sodas and less alcohol, and above all, prioritize water. Sometimes we confuse thirst with hunger.

🥘 Plan a little:Set aside some time each week to think about simple menus. When there's no plan, it's easier to fall back on what's quick and less healthy.

I know it won't be perfect every day, and I'm not seeking perfection, but progress. Small, sustainable changes make a big difference in the long run.

Because taking care of ourselves is also part of the strategy for playing the game of life better. 🎲💚

Really a nice post, just please add to be active 😁 such as walking 30 mins a day, then it would be perfect daily life style for health 😀

😊 You're crushing it! 💪 Your approach to healthy eating is super inspiring. Keep sharing your journey, Windice loves it! 🎲

By treating your nutrition as a strategy for better energy and focus, you’re not just eating—you’re optimizing. Here are three quick keys to keep your momentum:
  • Win the Grocery Store: If it’s not in your house, you won’t eat it. Success starts in the aisle.
  • Don't Fear the "Slip": If you have a bad day, don't wait until Monday to start over. Make the very next meal a healthy one.
  • Listen to Your Body: Notice how much better you feel after a clean meal versus a processed one. Use that feeling as fuel
