Let’s pray too, but also try doing something ourselves.

It’s been many days keeping dreams locked only in our eyes,
Come, let’s go to the settlements of hunger and see.

We’ve always shown patience for what fate has written,
Let’s rebel against the lines on our palms for once.

What’s the politics of lamps under the rule of darkness?
Come, let’s turn our own chests into torches and see.

At every turn, fear has only kept us silent,
Come, let’s turn the face of fear into stone and see.

They say everything in this world is pre-decided,
Let’s take them out of the flow of time and see.

We’ve prayed a lot, been loyal a lot, shown devotion a lot,
Come, let’s cultivate the land that is our share and see.

No crown ever comes and sits on your head by itself,
Let’s temper ourselves in the heat of passion and see.

Here, the coins of character have always had low circulation,
But let’s spend these very coins in the world and see.

You’re right, waiting changes nothing. Pray + act, dream + do. Rebelling against “pre-decided” lines is how real change starts.
