An Open Heart Take
Hey Dudes! How are you all doing? You are reading this post, I believe you people are sounding good. Let's talk some hearty stuffs today. Have you ever listened about "Panic Attack"? How hard is that to bear? People with broken wishes, last chances being destroyed and losing their most beloved people/things would have faced "Panic Attack". Did you go through it?
I will keep medical experts' discovery of panic attack aside and speak about What actually a Panic Attack is? I believe it is the last stage of feeling that hard that you are losing somebody, breaking up with a relation you could never think of and take off, and more precisely getting your strongest and tiny wishes fading away like they were nothing. This moment causes a stop in breathings and an unbearable ache in the chest. This ache isn't measurable. It makes one feel like he/she is dead.
Did I experience it?
I cannot say I have experienced it with full intensity. But to some extents, I had felt like I'm unable to breath. And I had a pain inside my chest too! However, I wasn't like a dead human! I could look at the moving fan above me, and count it's wings. 1, 2 and 3. Yet couldn't move. Maybe I was captured by this panic attack or I was overthinking a lot. But literally, this was a worse time. Okay, let's be honest, every human being is/was in one-sided love, so was I. Often hearing about her wishes to not have me in her life, I was broken. As broken as the gravitational force that pulls everything towards itself so that it gets hurt. But, that wasn't a two sided love! It must have not hurt me that much! It hurt just because I wasn't a random person, I couldn't have thought having chance to chance and find somebody else. Pure love, no matter if one-sided or is belonging to both sides if breaks or feels like breaking, is the most worst thing to experience.
Why doesn't it have any curing medicine?
Not always the things we see/feel are resolvable. Some actions, some incidents, some feelings, some things are irreplaceable and unbearable and they don't have a medicine to be normalized. Panic attack is the reminder of how hard one is feeling or remembering the departed one (that can be a soul, person, thing, wish or anything that feels most special to you). There is no medicine for people's mind to forget most important parts of their lives.
How do you people take "Panic Attack" and do you think this is one of the most dangerous things to happen to a human ever? Let me know below in the comment section.
