About the WinDice VIP system.
Q: What is it? I'm confused, please explain.
A: WinDice introduced the VIP system for players - Level up and unlock new features: Cashback, Rakeback, Shop Discounts, VIP Rains and much more.
Q: What is a Wincoin and how can I use it?
A: Wincoins or tokens are the in-game currency for purchasing items in the store.
You can buy experience enhancements, faucet enhancements, different colors for your nickname or avatar images; and even change your nickname. More features, items and ways to spend Wincoins will be introduced over time, stay tuned!

Q: Can I sell/exchange Wincoin for cryptocurrencies?
A: No. You can't right now.

Q: Can I make Wincoins coin tips or rains?
A: No, only admins and moderators can do this.
Q: How can I get Wincoins?
A: The easiest way would be to claim your free faucet. Players can also get them from chat showers, participating in contests, winning trivias, etc.
Q: Where did my Wincoins go?
A: Wincoins reset to zero every 24 hours at 01:00 UTC time. (22:00 GMT) Make sure you spend your coins before they reset. (stay zero)
Q: where is my faucet?
A: Your faucet is still there (active). But players below Silver level (level 21) can claim only free Wincoins. Level up to unlock VIP cryptocurrency faucet.
Q: What are exp points (exp)
A: Players earn exp points by betting cryptocurrencies. Every $1 wagered = 1 exp point.
You can also buy exp for Wincoins in the store.
Q: Why can't I buy exp packs over and over again?
A: Each and every exp pack is available for purchase once in 24 hours.
Q: What's the problem with star levels?
A: Stars = an additional VIP rating that depends on your place in the top stakes table.

Your number of tap claims and the average number of Wincoins per diamond discovered depend on how many stars you have.
Q: How do I get chat showers?
A: Be active in chat, talk constructively and you could be rewarded. Remember - it's random, don't complain or ask; this will get the attention of moderators and may reduce your chances of getting something in the future.
Q: Wincoins wagered count towards leveling up?
A: No, only cryptocurrencies. But you can buy an experience pack from the store with Wincoins and level up that way.
Q: What is Rakeback?
A: Rakeback is a VIP bonus, in which players receive a portion of the stake (according to their VIP level) which is returned to them. WinDice offers up to 25% of the house edge as Rakeback.
Q: What is Cahsback?
A: Cashback is a VIP bonus where players get back part of their loss (according to their VIP level) over a certain period of time. WinDice offers up to 10% cashback to its players.
Q: What is a daily bonus?
A: Daily bonus / 7 day streak.
Players receive daily bonuses for their activities. Log in every day for a week to get a bonus in wincoins and exp points.
The bonus counter is reset after one week, or if a player has not logged in for 24 hours since their last visit.
The bonus is updated daily at 01:05 UTC. (22:00 UK time)
Q: How does my faucet require EXP to be claimed?
A: Wincoin faucet is free to claim, at level 21 and higher players will have to "pay" 200 EXP points to claim their VIP cryptocurrency faucet.
This prevents faucet abuse and encourages players to buy XP packs for wincoins if they want to play without depositing.
