The Universe has given everyone the liberty to manage our energy we plan to utilize it, but in so doing, we need use this prudently. Here are some key core hints I will suggest:
1 Dont waste your energy on negative people, doing so will only exacerbate your focus, plans and momentum.
2 Dont waste energy on one sided relationships. (Life is give abd take)
3 Care less what other think about you. God of the Universe is hated by few, if not majority,, how much more you.
4 Stop solving problems that are not your concern, focus more on your own worries.
