I think, he don't understand english what should do with rules on challenge. Maybe we should sent him to pm to we explain him with his own language how to play the challenge. I didn't see him chatting yet. I think no.
I don't want him to be laughed at.. all users think he is drunk. Maybe drunk.. i'm not sure yet.
I feel sorry for him.
