There has been a lot of talk in chat about the wincoin being worthless. For those of you that aren't just looking for free coins. If you are going to deposit and play your coin, those "worthless" wincoins are very valuable in the process of advancing levels. If you are not buying boosters and exp in the shop you are cheating yourself.

So to all, I would say build up those wincoins. Don't forget to use them before they get reset.

Exactly. Hahaha!! Some people just dont know how to appreciate the real value of this wincoin. They really believe it is useless and not really worth earning.

Well, with the perks being moved and changed..... I retract my previous statement. Doesn't do any good to level up to receive perks if the perks get moved out of reach once reaching said level. Really glad I wasted my time and money to reach level 21. Thanks

This is making my whole day so sad. Dang. Wished this whole update have been finalized before it even got released so everyone would know what to expect.. not this kind.

The thing is VIP is brand new and it was supposed to be adjusted and most likely will be adjusted.
The way cashback was working , it apparently , made the player's advantage over casino too much so both the mechanics of it and the level requirements had to be tuned to avoid the casino going bankrupt in the long run.

What I am talking about there is a term for it. "Bait and switch", now I do know admin did not have malicious intent when doing what he did, traditionally a bait and switch has malicious intent behind it.
Traditionally, when you have a promo or in this situation rolling out a beta update, if something is wrong you compensate the people that were involved in it (make things right).
Again I don't know if this is correct, from the weekly contest I can tell at this moment there are only 3 players that have met the requirements for lvl 21 or more. So making things right shouldn't be to complicated.

And in the future it might be in your favor as a business, if you are changing the terms of your perk system, notify the participants that it will effect. Just letting someone stumble upon it is not a good sensation.

Good points there.. I have same opinion as yours. If there should be new changes that has to be done, at least notify all members of the possibility. Let the members be prepared for any incoming changes that might happen in the near future or any moment for the big update that was made. Also, the decision should have been finalized even before someone reaches the silver level. And, inform these particular members at least of these sudden changes ASAP so it will not be too heavy and too disappointing for them. And give something as a compensation for the inconvenience that was caused to these players. At least the situation wouldnt be this heavy. If this opinion I have will trigger the mods and admin to hate me, I would like to appologize but, I know these are the strategies taught in my college years. To inform as much as possible and as quickly as possible, and to compensate something even if the error/ sudden changes arent intentional and unexpected. This is called customer satisfaction, and taking good care of your most valuable assets for them to continue staying.

i agree with this too as there are not many silver players now to taken care of them as its not there fault they went too fast to be silver. As now it says reaching upon gold 31st level they will get cashback option, what if this players reach there too and again they get this same issue ? and that option gets removed who knows.... they have spent so much to get to that level expecting those perks and suddenly its been taken off .

After a few very long messages back and forth in the ticket system, we have made an agreement. It is not a perfect one but it reasonable enough for both sides that allows me to let the matter rest.
