Maybe they muted because of chat rules or misunderstanding. I don’t want to blame anyone, but sometimes moderators act too strictly. Hope they review it fairly next time.Why mute

They act strictly on chat rules because they know how to make chatrooms clear of all the dirt? Why i don't get muted? Why Thawtar doesn't get muted? Why Chibby doesn't get muted, Why Meyzee doesn't get muted why alexhales does not get muted why don doesn't get muted! The list will long as long as you cannot make pains in your head to read! Those who violate rules deserve to get muted so that we, the good chatters, are not affected!

The user better knows the mistake as he is violating the rules! Spamming is not allowed if somebody keeps spamming and gets a mute he must know that it was his mistake! By the way, there is a set of rules attached above chat section with "

OK very goodIt is a task given to moderators that whenever they see someone violating the rules listed in the CHATRULES, they have to mute them, not just to give disciplinary action but to remove the chats that are considered a violation to maintain cleanliness and order.
A moderator once told me too, it is the only move they can do to remove the chat from the message board so others will no longer see the violation made and do the same mistake. It is to mute the violator. Besides, the Chatrules are already available at the upper side of the chatroom we just have to click it, take time to read and understand then follow and we are safe from the punishment.
