Hello everyone!
Implement a total full blocking system:
the block need to be permanent and effective. additionally it would be good if block a user also hide the public chat for both users to avoid potential future conflicts.
Enhanced privacy settings:
give users better control over who can contact them, for example, with options like: "only my friends can message me" or "no one can message me." (these settings would not apply to Windice staff, of course).
These improvements would not only protect the Windice community but would also demonstrate the site's commitment to the safety and well being of its players. a safe casino is one where people have confidence and want to stay.
if any of you have experienced something similar, i would love to hear your comments.
Thank you for your attention.

I want to share a concerning experience i had, which i believe is crucial for everyone's safety here at the casino. i know the Windice team is great and really listens to its community, so I'm confident they will take this into account for the future.
A few days ago, a user started constantly harassing me through private messages. to make the harassment stop, i decided to remove them from my friend list, thinking that would solve the problem. However, days later, i was surprised to find out that this same person was able to contact me again, even though we were no longer friends on the platform.
This situation reveal a serious fail in Windice privacy and private messaging system. if removing a user doesn't prevent them from contacting you, then the "remove friend" function loses its main purpose. a user who harasses others can just keep doing it, which puts the community at risk. (this might be a technical glitch). i'm not sure, but it's the first time it's happened to me, and i don't want unwanted users harassing me in private messages after i've decided to remove them from my friend list.
I know the report feature exists, but a temporary mute doesn't solve the problem. once the mute is over, the person can start contacting you and bothering you again. this could even start to dangerous situations, like threats or intimidation.

My suggestion and possible solution for the Windice Team is clear:
