I want to open a constructive discussion regarding our Weekly Forum Challenges and share feedback that many active players strongly agree with.
We love participating in these challenges every week—it is one of the best interactive features of Windice. However, the current reward structure no longer matches the effort, risk, and volume players put in to complete them.
Key Concerns & Points for Management:
High Risk vs. Low Reward: Players spend and wager hundreds (sometimes more than) of dollars throughout the week attempting to complete difficult challenge requirements. A total prize pool of $100 divided among dozens of winners yields negligible rewards that do not cover even a fraction of the losses incurred.
Inflation & Platform Growth: Windice has grown significantly, and community activity has increased. A static $100 prize pool feels outdated and does not reflect the current size or loyalty of the player base.
Lack of Incentive for Top Wagerers: When the prize pool is too small, high-tier players lose motivation to participate. Increasing rewards will drive significantly higher activity, bigger wagers, and stronger forum engagement overall.
Suggestions / Requests for Management:
Increase the Overall Prize Pool: Raise the base weekly prize pool from $100 to at least $300–$500 to make participation worthwhile for everyone.
Conclusion:
We appreciate all the events and effort management puts into Windice, but updating the weekly forum challenge rewards will keep players excited, loyal, and motivated to participate every single week.
