The most commonly eaten food in Pakistan is roti and curry.
Roti...
First knead the dough. After that keep it for some time. So that the bread is good, if you make it at the same time, this dough is fresh. So all your loaves will be spoiled. And their appearance too, so a little wait is necessary.
After the dough there are some steps you have to do as you can see in this picture
As you can see in the picture, this is how your rotis are ready, the next step is the curry,
Curry
We use 1kg chicken meat and 1/5 potatoes are mixed in it because potatoes are quite a popular vegetable here..
In this curry, small pieces of meat are first made and then potatoes too so that the skins become soft. And then ghee is used. It is heated. A slight tadka is applied. When the onion starts to change color a little. Then spices are used in it. including...
1.Proven black pepper...... A teaspoon
2.Nutmeg and nutmeg....... A teaspoon
3.Nutmeg ........... A teaspoon
4.Salt...... A teaspoon
5.Ground Red Chilli........ A teaspoon
6.Ginger garlic paste.....A teaspoon
7.kewra ......A teaspoon
8.Finely chopped ginger.....A teaspoon
9.Ground Coriander.....2 teaspoon
10.Ground hot spices....2 teaspoon
After adding the spices, it is left to cook for 15-20 minutes, and thus our curry is ready.
This is how our delicious roti and curry is prepared, and we use onions, cucumbers, lemons, tomatoes for salads.
