Recently, I wished to have a deposit in windice, so simply, I copied Usdt's address in bnb network and used it in binance. I formulated it there for deposit and click the payment option. What's more, after 15 minutes, I saw something weird. However, my deposit has been completed from binance, but unfortunately, it is not received in windice. I became shocked, sad and confused. So that, i analyzed it, I found out my some mistakes.
What mistakes did I do? Let me elaborate it. Firstly, my chosen address was usdt in bnb network for deposit but here I have pasted address in Opbnb network of usdt that windice doesn't support this network. And I lost it all so then researched various places YouTube, different AI, and google. That I asked, "how to recovery this amount? " They clarified me that windice doesn't support this network, however, it isn't a wallet to be exported just a last option is to consult with windice support. Windice support was the last hope as i added it and asked, "how to recovery this amount? " After checking screenshot, it replied, "you have entered wrong network, sorry I can't help with this". Further, it said, "you have lost 15 usdt now, next time be careful. "

After that, I lost my all hopes, and learned that not to do same mistake again. Finally, I propose all windice users, don't do this mistake. I have lost something for learning it but you ought to learn it to me. I want that my mistake should be a lesson for all not just for me. I hope, all can understand me.

When depositing crypto, it’s very important that both the token AND the network match exactly with what the platform supports. Even though USDT was correct, sending it via OPBNB instead of BNB (BEP20) caused the funds to be sent to an unsupported network, which makes recovery impossible on most platforms.

This is not a system error from Windice, but a network selection mistake, which sadly cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Alright mod, I am elaborating same. It was my mistake. We must be careful before depositing, btw, we can lose a lot. This post keeps lesson to be careful always!
 
Wrong network same thing happens to me back then.
let me tell you everything
back then i am just depositing my 200 usdt with bnb network but that paltform is use only erc20 network for withdraw they don't support bnb network at all.
Mostly i carefully make deposits & withdrawals but back then because of someone mislead me and i make a deposit for windice through bnb network & when i did not recieve my usdt in windice then i asked to them in support chat and they said there paltform does not support any bnb network
& i lost my money and those 200 usdt is still sitting on wrong network of my address
i am still missing those. :(

Yeah, due to wrong network, we lose our cryptos as we have to know what this platform supports. BTW, it supports bnb, I think!
 
I regret to hear that. How would you reciprocate this mistake whether it be due to sheer negligence, overconfidence in your knowledge, or initial ignorance?

Back then i even tried alot to recover my lost funds.
I searched on internet all thing goes stop on contract keys of my that address inwhich funds are sent.
I talk to windice support about this but unfortunately i did not recieve contract keys they said they can't help with contract that's outt of range,
Then my hopes are lost. :(
But yes for future i will be more careful.
 
Well, you would get it only if the casino supports multiple chains for the same currency. Since Windice does not support the OP BNB chain, they cannot help you regarding this. Most of the casinos use 3rd party wallet services, and they need to reach the wallet provider to recover the amount. However, I don't think any casino would bother their wallet service provider to recover $15. I know cases where people sent thousands of dollars on wrong chain and they were unable to recover the funds.

Always make sure to double check the address and the selected network. This is really important. A single mistake can damage you large amount of money.

Absolutely, right, other wallets have export option that you can convert wallet to another wallet but mostly casino doesn't allow it. 100℅, everyone has to check double times.

Well, as I said already, the casinos mostly use 3rd party wallet solutions, and they do not directly have access to the wallet. So, the casino actually cannot know the seed phrase of the wallet, hence they cannot import it to another wallet to recover the funds. It is the 3rd party wallet service provider which can be able to do it. But I doubt they would do it even for a few hundred dollars.

how can i contact those 3rd party wallet solutions, my 214$ are still sitting on a wrong network address ? i want to recover those help me if you can mate?

I don't know, mate. The casinos do not disclose any information about the third-party services they use. They do not disclose this information for security reasons. Even if they disclose it, the wallet service provider won't response to you since you are directly not their customer. The customer is casino itself and they will hear the casino only. However, as I said before, they won't do that work just for a few hundred dollars. There are people who lost thousands of dollars because of that.

So unfortunately, there is no hope.
