Firstly, I have noticed that people often spend more time complaining than searching for solutions. Complaining may release frustration for a moment, but repeating the same complaint does not automatically change the situation.

Secondly, however, there is a big difference between complaining and giving feedback. A complaint says, “This is wrong.” Constructive feedback says, “This is the problem, and here is how it could be improved.”

Thirdly, furthermore, constant negativity can change the way we see situations. When we focus only on what is wrong, we may stop noticing opportunities, solutions, and positive progress.

Fourth, this does not mean we should stay silent about genuine problems. We should speak up—but with respect, clear reasons, useful information, and practical suggestions. The purpose of speaking should be improvement, not simply frustration.

Fifth, my view as a writer is simple: before complaining, I try to ask myself, “What can I do to make this better?” If I cannot change something, learning to accept it can be wiser than wasting energy repeating it. I have seen many users include me, they complain after losses, but actually, none is being forced to play or gamble it's just users' choice despite we complain that's wrong. Losing is part of game. It can't be piece of cake to win every time.

Finally, “Anyone can point at a problem; wisdom begins when we start looking for a solution.” A complaint can start a conversation, but constructive thinking creates progress.

True, and I'll admit I've been the guy complaining after a bad run lol. Most of the time the frustration is really at myself for not stopping when I planned to. Venting is fine for a minute, but the useful question is the one you wrote: what can I do better next time?
