Million UK Adults Now Hold Crypto Assets

A survey by the United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) found that crypto ownership in the UK has increased significantly over the last year. The survey found that over 2.3 million adults in the UK now hold crypto assets, a substantial improvement over 1.9 million last year. Crypto awareness also saw an uptick as 78% of adults said they have heard of crypto. The survey also found that consumers in the UK favored BTC strongly over any other cryptocurrency as 82% of the adults surveyed recognized Bitcoin.
