Hello lovely Audience, fellow users and the owner of the site, I welcome you all with a lovely smile and warm hugs. Like every thread, here I'm with a new one! I know the title gives it a perception that the work is based on chat! Indeed, the chat is one of the most important part of a casino. I'm showing a chatroom, some indicative faults and some suggestions to improve chatroom's worth.

SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE CHAT!

This is actually a scenario between good chatters and bad chatters in a chatroom and many of the times bad chatters gain more rains than constructive chatters. Despite being in isolations, they are in the winning list! A suggestion here, set-up the algorithm of the chat rain differently. Users being muted should not come into the winning list and users sending very short messages (such as "gl" "good luck" "good games" etcetera) should not have the chances to get rains. These both steps will do two things, one the chat will get cleaned of spammers and second, fruitful chatters will have a good rewards for their time they attribute to chatting and can build the chatting into a learning environment, either culturally or intellectually.

As this has become a safeguarding thread for the chat. I'm jotting down the suggestions won't bring anyone to any harm! If they seem to be applicable well and good. Hopefully we will see positive impacts on that.

We can find Windice having a great number of chatrooms, each under concentration of different mods. It is really a good feature that we have rains after each 10 minutes and sometimes 5 minutes. Each time, the rain is done collectively including all chatrooms' users. If there can be something better, is that, each chatroom should have a different rain system. English chatroom should have a rain bot to select constructive chatters from English Chatroom and Portuguese' rain bot should do vice versa, similar for the remaining ones. This will bring more motivated and enthusiasm to the soul of constructive chatters. And can become a good source to make chats alive.

On the other hand, i already mentioned the chatrooms have their own designated moderators who control, and create fun— by raining and hosting chat hunts— which I, personally, appreciate a lot. I find sometimes, every other chat moderators rain Wincoins on the user of their own chats, however, but English moderators are kinder, they rain selecting chat as "All". I don't say that this is bad, but seems a little unfair for the English chatters. They (all moderators) can do a compromise in-between. They should either have a deal to rain selecting "All Chats" or rain specifically by choosing their own chatroom they are handling. This would bring up more chances or equal opportunities for all Windice users.

Chatters are often discouraged because of the rain-bot's rain winning candidates. In order to make them feel happy and encouraged, the site can appoint a mod just to provide hope to the users by providing Wincoins tips to constructive chatters and those having high tiers starting from gold tiers till as high as they can be. Sharing Wincoins won't make any losses for the site but encourage the users with a hope to start again from basic (daily Wincoins contest winning to huge winnings). Sharing Wincoins to low level can be managed by using the following set-up: 1-10 level (100 Wincoins), 11-20 level (250 Wincoins), 21-30 level (400 Wincoins), 31-40 level (600 Wincoins), and so on adding a higher amount in accordance.

Spamming is really a bad germ that has been spreading from users to users. And constructive chatters try to follow SOPs to avoid this germ by remaining isolated from the chatroom. Similarly, those good chatters really will to do something fruitful for the chat, sometimes moderators are busy doing some other works, maybe helping users in the support section or reading something out on forum and are AFK. In such scenario, those good users can be blessed with some power to punish spammers either by muting them for 1 hour, as volunteered moderators.

Emojis are shortest signs to speak high valued conversation! We know that sometimes it is really bad users use emojis for their purpose of begging or getting emotionally somebody blackmail to get a tip. However, I appreciate moderators' decision about disallowing use of "only emojis" in the chatroom, but, it won't always be bad to use emojis. Moderators are advised, gently, allow using the use of emojis for limited emojis like, ( = which is often used when happy, thanking, or welcoming somebody's more help in future), (= that shows a confusion and won't be affecting the decorum of the chat) and (= forsooth, a love talk, and has no bad intentions to be used). Actually, emojis create more colours to the chat, and sometimes users have no other words to speak, but emojis to transfer their good intentioned conversations.

As we know, moderators have their hours of duty. They vary from 6 to 10 hours (just a guess) as after this much time period, we can find a new moderator is acting in the chat. And we really admire their creation of fun through trivia and hunts for us. I have a suggestion, regarding their hunts. Choose plinko too as an hunt game daily. Like mod anon does 2 crash hunts in 2 days and 2 dice hunts in 2 days and later the Plinko hunt one day. Likely, other moderator can apply such a technique, instead of hunting roll numbers, i feel it is better to hunt a multi in High Risk and Different rows like 14, 15 and 16, as finding the roll number is a little harder after the update. This will be too much joyful to join and indeed, the Plinko doesn't eat as much as other does.

To wind up, I have many other suggestions for the chat to make it more funny and alive. But the list will go long! Let that be open for the users to add in comment sections. I hope these small and implementable suggestions will do better for the site and for the users. These are not costing anything to the site but giving full motivation to the users to stay in the chat and live happily. These ideas may SAVE THE CHAT ROOM from spammers and give the value to the good chatters and make it more playful!

Very nice topic in chatroom. I agree this small English no English teacher here all users poorman. Just coming rain after go 10$ cashout. Rich person very not coming this casino. Other big casino trying. Instant casout only one minute received. Here big cash out not received after 24 hours waiting.

Nevertheless, one might still catch some coins along the way.

I raised a similar concern about two years ago when I was more active in the chat and noticed this type of spam. I reached out to the moderators and support chat regarding the issue. They appreciated my concern and suggested that as an experienced user, I could help guide novice users—or any users, for that matter—during spam incidents by informing them that such behavior is inappropriate and resembles spamming.

If after informing users about this, the spam continues for a while without any change, you can take a backup as you did and either PM a moderator or post in the support chat. The moderators will then take appropriate action based on the situation. However, it is important for us to initiate change as well; if even couple of experienced users consistently address this issue in the coming months, we will likely start to see a difference. Kudos to all the moderators as well for their efforts in managing the chat to the best of their abilities, No matter the circumstances they face or the situations they find themselves in, mods do ensure that, almost always except for a few instances, it remains a pleasant experience.

I am confident that the moderators would have provided you with similar guidance, so let's begin making changes on our end to observe some improvements. This process may take time and won't be instantaneous, but eventually, we should witness a transformation in the chat, leading to a more positive environment than what we currently experience.

Not bad words, Your experiences are similar to mine! And yep, everything you mentioned I totally agree, however, i have highlighted some ways if the administration look into and are applicable by the programming team of the Windice, then can effectively be utilized for the betterment of the chatroom. Suggesting and punishing are two different paths, good users having both power voluntary can better impose the changes needed!

Oh yeah i totally agree with you . After that update i think siopaw hunts are nearly impossible for me. Really missed that number section in (my bets) .
For the spammers i don't know if it'll be solved. But it can be reduced by muting .
Few years ago when my English was even worse i used to be one of the spammers , because of the rain Ngl lol .
But compare to other casinos that has rain or bonuses on chat, the windice chat is ok and not so messy.
