The match was electrifying and till the second last ball it was anybody's game. Can say a perfect final as both teams played in the true spirit and tried their best to win the match. In the end India won it by 6 wickets and 1 ball to spare. With this India won the series 2-1.

India winning the toss and elected to field OZ got a flying start thanks to Green for some spectacular shots and making 52 runs in just 21 balls. Towards end David contribution of 54 in just 27 balls ensured OZ got a good score on board.

In response India lost 1st wicket in 1st over itself and then the Kohli and Surya's partnership in middle order gave India a good hope to stay alive in the match. Kohli played sensibly as Surya was timing the ball to perfection and hitting all across the ground for his superb 69 in 36 balls. Now India needed 11 off last over and Kholi smashed 6 off the first ball and got out in 2nd ball. In Hardik was still on the crease so that gave India hope to finish the innings with a win.
