From level 31 the player receives the Gold level , the equivalent of what would be a " satus vip " , which gives him the option to hide his profile in bets ( which does not prevent beggars from continuing to come and ask for coins and this configuration is already standard in most casinos and not a benefit) and a panel with rakeback and cashback that returns a relatively very low value, among other small benefits. Windice in fact offers many benefits and events, a player who takes less than 20 seconds to register on the site can already enter and compete in the wincoin contest and get 240 doges, access to rain and trivia, which leads to the constant creation of multiple accounts and an unfair advantage over those who invested greater amounts and reached gold and platinum level, windice doesn't offer something specific for its vips like a weekly bonus, or events and exclusive rains, which I've seen a good initiative by the elyteOnes mod to give tips to active gold players, as I mentioned windice gives many benefits but is the distribution of these benefits being done fairly, valuing those who invested the most? I have seen several players burning their level gold to get crypto faucets and return to level 20, 21 again, a sign that being a "vip" does not bring relevant benefits. This is just my point of view, yours may be different, it would be good to know if you feel satisfied and rewarded with the current windice vip system.

I will take advantage of the great initiative of my friend TarjaPreta who shared his thoughts about the casino and also tell you a little bit about my thoughts.
My name is Sandro and I have been registered since 07/13/2019, and I saw windice as an opportunity to obtain great benefits through the casino, however as the months went by I saw that the site was sleeping and not updating like other cryptographic casinos, it's like my friend already said, nowadays I feel that we are less valued than the current ones, over time updates were added to the site, however, information about our bets only started to be counted from the day of update, a survey was not carried out to pull all the information from the beginning when we registered, this left us at a great disadvantage.

Good evening, I want to leave here my opinion on my friend's approach.

I'm a veteran in casinos and today what I've been betting the most is Windice. It took me a while to reach my VIP level, but I don't really see much benefit from it. I often find myself fighting over showers, over trivia with other people who barely talk during the day, but who just show up for it.

About the Contest event several times I pointed out that I thought it was unfair for new accounts to participate, I know that the interest is that it has more and more active users, but I agree with @SanMinerBot that there should be a new rule where you can only participate above one certain level.

In summary, if for the Admin the casino is making a profit in this format, all we are claiming will be lost words in the wind, at least we try to wake up the Admin to take a better look at those who helped to grow the casino from the beginning.
 
It's all well written, but in reality it's not like that, the rakeback is small and I agree that VIP players should have a better position, but if one VIP player is going to complain about $15-20 Which he can get at the contest, then he really doesn't need to play anywhere, not only on Windice.. That's my opinion. New players must somehow be attracted to the site, windice attracts them with that contest..The best suggestion would be to have your own contest in which only you can participate and then everyone would be happy and satisfied ..

I agree with part of what you say , windice has a good attraction for new players , this is important , what we feel is unfair is the way these benefits are accessible and open to the use of multiple accounts as they do not require a minimum level , that makes feel Older players who have invested in windice for years at a disadvantage and left aside , we can find a balance point in this , as already happens in other casinos , a scale of level for the benefits , some accessible for beginners , others for level 10 to 30 , others for gold above ... just a suggestion because if you look above most are unanimous that the system needs to be adjusted better.

That's why I said, for levels above it would be good to make special competitions, where lower levels than 30 could not participate.. But the best solution is to get a bigger rackeback, because levels can be bought..
 
Just remember my friend, we always follow the ones indicated in our TERMS. All players are eligible to win the contests, but once it's found out that there are players abusing the site specially the contest by creating multiple accounts to participate and win etc they get punished. That's why we have INVESTIGATIONS Team and FINANCE team to review everything. We always make sure to it we are strict with our policy and we all Windice staffs are fair to everyone. And that we, the mods and supports make sure to it we're always actively watching and doing our job to the best we could. 😊

It's been 5 years since Admin has kept Windice in the same system, it won't be the dissatisfaction of a minority that will make him readjust it, whoever is satisfied continues, whoever is not is looking for where they feel better.

the reason why cashback and rakeback is bad is not because of the value returned, but because of the high minimum bet windice system of all coins being based on 10 sats of bitcoin, so you can receive a good rake value but when betting your bankroll is fragile a few reds and break again.
