Beggars and ignored players

Hello people, I have been playing in several casinos over the past 4 years and some things are repeated in all of them, it couldn't be different here.

Although here there are not many rains in the chat like in other casinos, there are players who bet in several casinos and several have the habit of chatting about rains releasing phrases repeated throughout the day like infinite good morning, good afternoon and good night so that the rains can compete, which makes chatting boring, others use the strategy of saying that they have nothing to bet on, including posting their bankroll without money in the intention of having a player do some rain or tip him.

The moderators do a good job in order to avoid these attitudes, giving a ban of 1 hour or more to see if these players learn to behave within a chat.

My suggestion: increase the banning time for this type of player, including the function of blocking the rain of these people, in addition to doing as other casinos do, adding the function of ignoring the chat player, here we only have the function of ignoring friendship and with that not receiving a message in the private, the ideal was to ignore it so as not to see anything that the person writes in the chat, avoiding reading clueless things that don't add anything to us.

Oh this one of the things i wanna be implemented.. to be stricter than before since i notice some players really do not follow rules no matter how many times they've been warned already or they already know the rules. They keep doing the same mistake all over again like repeatedly posting the prices, posting small bets to red results, zero balances etc. They do it cuz they know they'll get muted for only a short period of time.

Thank you for your suggestions and yes, we are already imposing stricter and longer duration for those offenders who doesnt change their leopard spots. Gets on my little nerves for sure. We do have the Ignore feature at site tho. If you are not aware of. Check it out!😊
