Do you want to live a longer, healthier life? Then, physical fitness should be one of your top priorities. National Fitness Day in the United States was created as a way to encourage us to get off the couch, turn off the television, and work out. According to the creator, the goal of this day is to "celebrate strength and empowerment through fitness". Today you are encouraged to "get your sweat on".
- Get on your threadmill and warm up your body by doing 1100 metres (Roll and hit 1100x multiplier on Dice game)
- Jump onto your Trampoline and do a count of 2200 times (hit 2200x on Crash game)
- Lastly, roll down your yoga mat and come into plank pose for 3300secs (Roll and hit 3300x on Dice Game)
- Bets need not have to be consecutive BUT must be completed in order
- Changing of seed is allowed
