Last night i watched a video on YouTube about space and galaxies and all those things . What i heard was truly fascinating and honestly a little hard to believe . i don't want to go too much into the details of the video, but it talked about how enormous the universe is and how many strange mysteries it has . it completely blew my mind .
I think all of us have at least once, stopped and thought about how huge this universe is and how incredibly detailed it really is . so many people admire amazing video games made by thousands of developers because of their graphics and attention to details . at the same time we are living in a world that is far more detailed far beyond our imagination and incredibly huge and it is made by the one and only god . Just look at how deeply and great everything is designed.
All the things processing inside our bodies , the smallest details and the biggest ones , cells , atoms, bacteria , plants , and trees . these are only the things around us that we can actually see . imagine if this universe had even the smallest bug like a video game and suddenly crashed in the middle of it . we don't have anything like that because everything works with incredible precision .
no matter how much I talk about the greatness of this universe , it still feels like it's not enough . in the video they mentioned something called the observable universe . it means the part of the universe that humans have been able to observe and nobody knows what exists beyond that point . it is estimated that we can observe up to 46.5 billion light years . that number is just insaneee....
Let me put it this way . i asked AI to calculate what 46.5 billion light years would mean if we tried to travel that distance using the fastest spaceship we have today.
Voyager 1 : 61,000 km per hour
Speed of light: about 1.08 billion km per hour
That means light travels around 17,700 times faster than Voyager 1
so...,
17,700 × 46.5 billion years =
823,000,000,000,000 years with Voyager 1
i can't process .... and the craziest part is that this is only the distance to the edge of what we can observe . god knows what else exists beyond thatt .
How did all of this come into existence ? by itself ? i don't think so . at least it doesn't make much sense to me . scientists believe the universe began with something called the Big Bang . but where did the Big Bang itself come from ? how did something like that even happen?
personally , i can only think of two possibilities . either the world we live in is an incredibly advanced and unbelievably detailed simulation created by a super intelligent AI , or only God could create something like this . well i choose to believe the second one.
