For the players that are looking for a short term win, then I could see it helping. In the long run it doesn't matter. I change seeds , when I sit to play for first time of the day, just part of my ritual that has no meaning.

Sadly I have a few mute mutecoins in cold storage. They don't seem to increase in value, but every time I get mad enough at a tardmonkey in chat my mutecoins seem to multiply. It's a very interesting process.
