Nowadays, the use of AI seems to have conquered the human world. From research, studies, customer service and a lot more. The question is who performs better, AI or humans? Basically, the answer will depend on what aspect we are talking about?

Well yeah currently AI is really great and helpful for us it can save so much time, can be used for learning and many more, it also can be entertaining. However some people believe it can be dangerous, some say it made people more lazy or blah blah, me personally when i stuck on some coding project at university i take help from Ai and it's so helpful to me, to teach me and find some solutions for me. But in the other hand many people believe that it can replace humans works. And many people may lose their jobs and that's the bad side of it in my opinion

Not everyone is capable of using AI thoroughly either in their work life or student life, but to mention the effective use of AI in my career, it eased me of critically digesting important quotations from the books! And forsooth, saved enough time, it would have covered a huge number of minutes if i had had gone for a manual research and analysis of the quotations! On the other hand, everything has its Crons and Prons! It kept a heavy burden on the creative section of my mind! It costed a great loss for me in developing more accurate and self-made points on the essential lines of the books!

Personally, I use AI at times. Specially if there are some things I wanted to be done quick and I have very limited time doing a lot of research. For example, Chat GPT, or TIKTOK tako of TIKTOK, and Meta AI of Facebook. All I have to do is provide some keywords, etc and request the tool to provide me all the information I needed and such and wallah! Task done.

But despite how fast AI tools can make one's work done, we still need to double check if all information provided is exact and accurate or something has to be corrected or improved. Because sometimes, AI can still have errors in such information. Also, I have observed that not all information is available to such AI tools. It can provide you some data but not everything. Sometimes, it can't even give you the exact results you wanted that you also have to do your own research. Ahahaha! Just like what happened to me one time. I tried to search what other free to earn games I can play that is affiliated/supported by such platform and the AI tool I used wasn't able to do it's full research, maybe because the data it has in it is not updated in a timely manner, that I really don't know. Also, there are some words an AI tool can't understand just like in my case. I am a Filipino and there are too deep words that I want to know the meaning but AI can't recognize. Only human can.

Also, AI can make life faster and easier so as they say. Specially to those who have online businesses and needs automation, to those who works as virtual assistants, digitals products sellers, and many more. With the help of AI tools, their job can be done faster and they no longer need to ask for other's help because AI is readily available to have the task done in 24 hours or even shorter.
However, what we should note is that, while business owners can save more expenses because they no longer have to hire people to do the job which an AI can do, the more it becomes a threat to people who wanted to have a job for their living. In short, risk of unemployment in such industries.

As we can also observe, many more platforms already use AI specially for customer service, but also has real people assigned to assist customers who needs deep and thorough assistance specially if the concern is too heavy. Since the bots used in such platforms have limited responses. It may also give such empathy statements but not the kind of empathy and sympathy humans can give. As it does not really know how to understand what is really happening.

I'm just glad here in Windice Support is not AI generated hahahaha! There are no bots assisting us whenever we need help with our accounts, payments or complaints. We talk to real human in Support, hundred%

So for me, AI is cool. But nothing beats a real human. So balance is a must.

Also, one more cons of having an AI, too many people are learning to do things that targets others specially if they want to scam. With the help of AI, they can create videos and use someone's image and voice in promoting businesses or investments that are actually scam. They sometimes use images and/or voice of big personalities in such videos promoting stuffs, which can be used for people to fall into the pit. Others can also spread misinformation and fake news in such social media platforms with the use of an AI tool. Which, honestly has been happening lately.
