Where is the truth...?

Most people believe in the existence of absolute truths, seeing absolute truth as something unaffected by the passage of time or altered by surrounding variables. This is largely rational, however, because the truth of things cannot be fixed because of the limitations of our senses, mental capacity, and scientific capabilities in fully comprehending it. What is absolute truth for humans may not be absolute for other beings. Everything in existence has two aspects: an outward aspect that it appears to have, and an inner aspect that constitutes its essence and nature

The limited capabilities of the senses prevent us from grasping the essence of things. The senses are merely the primary tools we use to interact with the world around us. However, the mind, as a cognitive faculty, can lead us to a knowledge of essence, even if that knowledge is limited. Therefore, we cannot judge anything solely based on the sum of our existing knowledge of it. This is precisely what science attempts to demonstrate through experimentation and the development of tools that contribute to expanding our understanding.

The belief that noble nerve cells cannot be regenerated is an absolute scientific fact, but doubt about its validity will one day lead to considering it a temporary fact, which may change and it may become possible to restore all the noble nerve cells that humans have lost over time.
Meanwhile, Japanese scientists have developed a revolutionary drug that can regenerate lost teeth in humans. Humans possess dormant "tooth buds" that can be stimulated by this drug to grow into natural teeth. After successful laboratory tests on mice, clinical trials have begun on adult humans. Researchers hope to make the drug available to the public by 2030 to replace teeth lost due to decay or injury.
If researchers had considered tooth loss in humans to be an absolute and unchangeable fact, scientists would not have reached this discovery.

On the other hand, the absolute truth that time flows from past to future remains a fundamental truth for humanity to this day. However, quantum physics has begun to dismantle this truth and establish new ones. Time at the quantum level, that is, for particles and atoms, does not flow in the same way it does at the level of classical physics. It is possible for the future to influence and reshape the past, something the average person cannot comprehend. Therefore, time travel may become possible if science one day discovers the method or mechanism by which it is accomplished, thus transforming time travel from an impossibility into an absolute reality.

As a result, we must not judge or evaluate things based on their outward appearance or our limited knowledge of their essence.

At last, do you have any absolute truths you can share with me?
