Hi everyone! It's a pleasure to greet you all and share my personal experience with Windice's history!
Have you ever wondered what Windice.io used to be like? I’ve been part of this casino for six years now, since May 20, 2019 and I’ve witnessed an amazing transformation. For the first time, I’ve decided to share my story here. And yes, this is actually the first time I’m writing a long post on the forum hahaha. I was inspired to write this because I’ve decided to return to the casino. I really like the new interface, and for those of you who want to know how Windice has evolved, I’m going to tell it all from the perspective of an old user.
When I first signed up, Windice was much simpler. I remember it only had one game: Dice. That was it! I got bored for a while and left haha. Later on, I found out the Windice team had started listening to their community and expanding. Then came Crash, Plinko, Roulette, and even the Wheel (which isn’t available anymore). It’s amazing to see how they’ve added games for all types of players. It’s no longer just a small casino, it’s a full on platform with something for everyone. And don’t forget the live games like Evolution, Pragmatic, and the popular slots. I really appreciate how they’ve considered all user preferences.
The system has changed a lot too. Do you remember the crypto faucet and the weekly Bitcoin contest? I know the veteran players like me will know what I’m talking about. Now, the crypto faucet is available starting at level 21. For Copper and Bronze ranks, there’s the Wincoin faucet. For Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond ranks, both the Wincoin and crypto faucets are available. The Wincoin faucet offers 35 claims, which help you level up and join the daily USDT contest. You can also use them to buy various things in the shop another cool addition that came with the Wincoin token. The crypto faucet now depends on your level and is available from Silver rank onward. From what I understand, each claim deducts 200 EXP points, and you need to deposit in order to use the high multipliers. Honestly, that’s a very smart idea to discourage compulsive gamblers XD.
They also added rakeback and cashback, which is a logical change and a great incentive for the community. The level system used to be stars, yes, stars! A 5 stars level was basically the equivalent of today’s Diamond rank. Now, with the introduction of the "Wincoin" token, ranks are much clearer. It not only makes tracking your progress easier, but also builds a sense of community and healthy competition. It’s more transparent, and I think it works really well.
But the most meaningful change for me and I think for many of us Spanish speakers was the creation of the "Spanish" chat room. I remember when only a few rooms existed: English, Russian, and "Any." All the Spanish speaking users banded together to ask for a room of our own. And they listened!At first, there were only a few of us, so it was a quiet room without a dedicated moderator. Trivia games weren’t a thing back then. Occasionally, a Portuguese moderator would drop by, play a couple of games with us, but it wasn’t the same as it is now. Today, the Spanish chat has two moderators, @Fontani and @Alexan123 , and I think they’re doing a great job managing the events by schedule. Fontani is from Spain and usually runs games during the day, while Alexan123 is Cuban and handles the evening/night sessions. The room is much more active now, and the community is super friendly. The Spanish chat is proof of Windice’s commitment to its community. I’m proud to have been part of that moment, just like they’ve listened to the Filipino, Indian, and Portuguese communities.
And last but not least, I think it’s awesome that they’ve added features like the "Bank" and other tools. These are upgrades that really complete the experience. To wrap up this (already long) story: Windice’s evolution is proof of an online platform that knows how to listen, adapt, and grow. As a old user, I recognize the huge effort behind all this transformation. The Windice team has shown that by truly listening to their community, they can build something really great.
I hope they keep going in this direction, because honestly, That deserves a real round of applause.
