The other day I made a TRX withdrawal and entered the wrong address (I made the withdrawal to my Windice deposit address).
I was very worried because I already thought I'd lost my TRX. I went to support, and they told me they would transfer my case to the finance team.
While I was waiting for a response from support, I was honestly nervous, and I admit I was a bit annoying. I went to support to ask again about five times.
The truth is, they always treated me very well, were very kind to me, Thanks to the entire Windice support team, and keep up the great work.
And to all users, double-check your address before making a deposit or withdrawal.
I've learned my lesson. Windice helped me recover my TRX.
