To all pay.outers specially the first timers, after requesting for withdrawal kindly look for SUPPORT at the bottom of the page or simply copy this link: https://windice.io/help and paste it in new tab or tap the link itself then tap create new ticket..
it should be like this,
Input your message regarding your pay.out then tap submit. Once done kindly wait for a response/ reply coming from admin.
And kindly have wide patience in waiting since our admin is also a human who needs rest and also has a lot of important things to attend to. We also have different time zones. More importantly, processing payments is done by admin manually to double check if the requester has made violations to the site's policy or not before the request gets approved or denied. So patience.
Always make this a habit and please spread this information to all members too specially the newbies.
