Hello Windice community and support team! Today I want to talk about the value and culture of sharing here in the casino.
As active players, we really appreciate the excitement of winning and sharing with the Windice community it’s rewarding, at least for me.

That’s why i’d like to suggest an improvement to how the minimum balance is set for using features like rain, trivias, and tips. Personally, i enjoy doing trivias and tipping my fellow players in the chat. But right now, for a player to send a tip no matter how small the system requires their total balance to meet a minimum tied to Bitcoin value. This creates a significant barrier because Bitcoin’s price is so unstable. The minimum amount in BTC ends up being too high and unpredictable when converted into other accepted cryptocurrencies: (eth, ltc, trx and others). This discourages interaction.

The Problem:

A player with a decent balance, for example, with $30 might want to play chat games or send tips, but they can’t because they don’t meet the fixed BTC requirement (or its equivalent, like 0.0005 BTC in any altcoin). This often leads to the player deciding to withdraw instead of sharing with the community. I know sharing isn’t mandatory, but many players who win small amounts just above the withdrawal limit, want to share their joy in the chat. Those small tips could help others who don’t have enough to play at that moment.

A Constructive Solution:
To make generosity flow more freely across Windice chat rooms, i propose setting a more stable balance requirement. The minimum balance needed to send tips should be fixed and accesible for example, the equivalent of $20 to $30 max instead of being tied to Bitcoin’s constantly fluctuating value.

Benefits of the Proposal (Win/Win):

Active Community:
More players would be able to send tips, making the chat more fun and engaging.

Stability: Minimum requirements for other cryptocurrencies (eth, ltc, trx, etc.) would become stable instead of varying with Bitcoin’s price.

Inclusivity:
Players with small to medium balances would be encouraged to participate.

We hope Windice considers these suggestions. We believe this change would make a big difference in the user experience and help strengthen that spirit of sharing within the community. It could also optimize the casino’s social economy in the long run.

I had proposed this a while ago because I wanted to share it with the group, but at that time, I did not had the minimum required fund size, so I was unable to do it directly. I was informed that I could give the amount to the Moderator present in the room, and they could rain it on our behalf, or if we preferred, they could conduct trivia as well.

Since then, I have noticed many users doing the same thing. If you do not have $20 or $30 but still wish to share, you can tip the moderator and ask them to do it for you, and all the moderators at Windice are happy to assist in this way. Therefore, I have not encountered any issues since then; the only limitation is that we cannot do it directly under these circumstances. If Windice could lower the minimum requirement, that would be great, but otherwise, sharing with the moderators who present it to the users on our behalf works well too.

Great suggestion! 👏
You highlighted a real issue: tying minimum balance to BTC’s value makes tipping and chat events harder when the market swings. A stable USD-based requirement would make things fairer, more inclusive, and better for community engagement.

Your proposal supports generosity, keeps chat active, and encourages players to share wins instead of withdrawing immediately.

Nicely written — hope the Windice team considers it! ✅
