Hi, please note that the chat rain, depends on your chatting activity. If you are most likely active you'll be given a chat rain, but not all the time because it is very random. I too receive only when I actively chat for the next 30 mins or if I'm one of the last 10 active chats, as I've noticed. But it depends on the bot.
