First of all, the requirements are posted in the forum challenge. If there's anything that you don't understand or confused of, you can always ask the mod host or other players. It is not the moderator's nor the other participants' responsibility to check other entries. So blaming others for not notifying is inappropriate. It is your own responsibility to check your entries and the requirements.
