BitMEX on a good count, but it also depends on availability in your country.
There also several "instant" exchanges like shapeshift or changelly.

Bittrex and Binance of course.... BitMex is not for newbies, playing with leverage can make you rich but also poor...Once you enter the magic cyrcel of losses there, there is no way back. You just continue to dig down hoping for a light. Don't be naive and greedy, trade safe... BitMex will also have some regulation issues in future, so stay alerted.
