Once I had a couple of panic attacks. I never had them before. It happened around 2015-2016. I moved to the city and settled in an elderly woman's room. I was happy there. A little later there were some turning points, but this post is not about that. One late night, even closer to the morning, around 03:00-04:00 in the morning, I woke up to drink some water. And for some completely incomprehensible reason, I had the feeling that people with machine guns were about to run up to us and shoot us. I was shaking so much with fear that I just didn't know what to do. I barely fell asleep. After a while, the same thing happened to me. It happened to me about 2-3 times. Also, when I went to bed and was almost asleep, I heard different voices of people in my head, children's laughter, some meaningless phrases, sometimes people I knew, and sometimes evil children's laughter. But I didn't pay attention to it. More precisely, I paid attention purely by analyzing, but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. I got so used to it that it even helped me fall asleep faster. A year later I decided to leave there, but for completely different reasons. Then all of this stopped for me. When I packed my things, before leaving I got into a conversation with my landlady. During our conversation (I didn't tell her about my story), she told me about a woman who also lived with her before me. She was of advanced age and one day she died right on the sofa where I was sleeping. I used to believe in mysticism, but then I stopped. And now I'm thinking again: what could have happened to me? Do you believe in such a phenomenon? Write your impressions of what I told you and also about the topic of mysticism in general. Thank you

It’s interesting how your symptoms of panic attacks, auditory hallucinations, and a sense of impending doom stopped after moving out. Stress, sleep disturbances, or even environmental factors could have played a role. As for mysticism, while some believe in spiritual or supernatural influences, science often attributes such experiences to psychology and neurology. Regardless, your story is fascinating and makes one wonder about the unknown.

Thank you very much for your support and understanding. In my Russian chat they tried to send me to the doctor for my post. That is, like I'm crazy. But I don't care. Maybe it was really something mystical. Nobody knows.

Look, paranormal things exist, and no one would believe you until they face the same thing. I understand you could have faced something that does not make sense to others, but that does not make you mentally sick. If you are a person who is living a normal life every day but something unusual like that happens, there is nothing to question your mental health.

They criticized you because they do not believe in paranormal activities. So, grow a thick skin and forget what they said to you.

I believe things have become normal in your life since then. It actually gives you a hint that these things actually happen. I am sure you will understand the situation if someone else comes to you and tells their story. I used to hear a lot of these paranormal stories on the radio back in the old days, and most of these stories are shared by the audiences. That was called Bhoot FM in my country and it was super famous at that time. But we moved on and almost forgot these things.
