Wondering if you find it easier to stop when your ahead because your winning or do you stop when you're losing or keep trying to hit till you lose everything?

I've noticed to join the forum hunts or challenges you have to have 5 forum posts. Whats considered a post? Is this a post? Is it a post to refer a different site? How do I know if I'm eligible to participate? Thanks
