I'm sorry, but I still can't get what you where asking about. If it was about the minimum bet amount, that's a common practice on many dice sites. I think the main reason for that is to prevent overburdening dice site with 0.00000001 DOGE rolls or something like that.

Actually, moving the slider doesn't make the odds better for the players, the odds always remain the same. But this feature definitely adds to the fun of rolling, and that's why it is a great feature.

I think it's pretty possible that in December 2019 Bitcoin will surpass its previous ATH. If BTC wasn't strong it wouldn't survive the 2018's drop of prices. Since it survived that, there are no reasons to think it can't grow in the future.
