The support link is not active, i have a failed ltc payout

Try logging-in into different device. I have similar issues with my other phone but when i logged in a different device I can open the support link.

I have faced that issues once, that time I even can't see the support 🎧 icon, but the next day it is fine.. working well
 
Yep, same, the only link that does nothing, seems pretty dodgy, I ALSO have a LTC payout that has not come through in a couple of days, starting to think I've fallen for a scam site here.
